Total scam dup you into initialing a hidden contract by offering a one time service for 100. Never mentioned a contrat the terms or even produced one verbal or written for me to review.Just an offer for a one time service and he asked for a credit card of which i declined I had the service done he told me he needed a signature or initial to perform the work. There was a space on his i pad for a signature but nothing else visible Come to find out iit was a hidden contract for a full years service.I canceld that same day after receiving the whole contract with my initial via email.Then was told there was a 75% cancelation fee WHAT?THE fee was for $450.00 PLUS the one hundred dollars i paid the technician with a check was added sgain for a total of 550.This company is a total scamReview from Tabetha B

Mislead into signing an annual contract and have made several attempts to resolve the issue but nobody will call me back. **************** tells me it needs to be escalated to management. However, management has yet to call me back. I would not recommend!!!! Buyer beware VERY misleading!Review from Mer W

This has been the most awful experience I have ever had with a pest control business. I was swindled into believing I was signing a contract for just $150 for a year's worth of pest control services. Then charged and exorbitant amount to get out the contract (just under $500). The sales representative knocked on my door when I already had a no soliciting sign, and then used coercive tactics to make me believe I would only be paying a certain amount. They also have an autorenew that people should be aware of. When I voiced my disappointment and frustration over the methods they use to get people, they had no sympathy or remorse. This company is a scam. Their communications skills are awful, and their customer service is pitiful.Review from Michael D

I would not recommend this company to anyone. On Wednesday, July 3. They came to my door. Talked with me. Showed me wasps under the *****. Did a treatment on the spot. Had me sign on the agent's tablet, supposedly allowing the company to charge my credid card. On Friday, I saw where I had been charged $163.00. I called to cancel the service and was told I would have to speak with an agent. One called me today, July 11. I was told I had signed an agreement for 2 years service. He said he would charge me for one time service only, but that I would have to pay 75% of the full price for one time service. A few minutes later I was emailed a bill for another $163.00. I would not give them even one star in a review if I did not have to give a rating to submit this review.Review from Jennifer H

A sales individual from Triguard Pest Control came to my house in order to sell their service. The individual stated he needed my initials for contacting purposes. I clarified I would not be contracted into anything and did not want to move forward until talking with my significant other first. Later I received an email with an appointment date. After contacting the company, I was obligated and if I hadn't cancelled within 72 hours, would have been required to pay for their service. I highly don't recommend this company and their sales tactics were not truthful.Review from Trace B

I cannot recommend using TriGuard ****** to exterminate rats! TriGuard installed three bait boxes around my house to control a persistent rat infestation at one location in my back yard on 29 May 2024. As of 19 June 2024 ****************************************************** the original location. When I called TriGuard for advice, they suggested that the poison bait may have been completely eaten. If true, why didnt the rats die? When I said I wanted to cancel the contract, they did not offer to troubleshoot. Instead, they reminded me that I had to pay a 75% early-cancellation penalty, and that I should continue the full contract to avoid that loss. (Yes, the penalty was clearly stated in the contract, but I trusted the treatment to eliminate the rats.) The treatment didnt work, so why should I continue to pay? While this is an expensive ****** to have learned, I am saving 25% by cancelling now to avoid continuing to pay for an ineffective treatment. If you are considering using TriGuard for any pest control, be wary that you are signing up for one year of service, whether the treatment works or not.Review from Bill K

TriGuard came to service my home with their "eco-friendly" spray. They sprayed their toxic solution into an open window of my home next to my saltwater reef tank. Within hours of their service, my fish started to die and were all dead two days later. When I contacted them to express my concerns, they were not only condescending but also told me that it was my fault for not knowing that their chemicals are used to euthanize fish. I would only recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Do not use TriGuard Pest Control! Billed 75% for scheduled remaining services when you cancel due to moving out of state. Had service for over a year and hit me for close to $300 for 2 services remaining in my contract. My fault for signing up, but very shady practice. Do not use TriGuard Peat Control!
