I requested to have my car towed to a dealership on Nov. 3rd. The dealership issued a lot refusal so the car was stored at the tow companies lot, by my choice. Nov. 18th requested the car to be towed back to the dealership for service. Their was no issue with any of the services inquired. The owner/Tower has not issued a receipt for proof of purchase, even though I've been requesting almost daily for that receipt. I have been told countless amount of times "I'm busy right now" , "I'll get back to you as soon as possible" "I'm in the middle of something sorry". This experience is extremely unprofessional, and possibly illegal due to the refusal of the receipt. I now have no proof of purchase. I have asked very politely and cordially multiple times a week. I am not sure what else I do without involving a lawyer. The only thing i want is my receipt.Initial Complaint

Pro Tow Towing Tow truck driver came to my residence on 8/30/22 @ ****hrs to tow my 2021 ***** Tahoe to the dealership for auto repair. The driver backed his tow truck up and left it parked angled to hook to the vehicle at an angle, when there was adequate room to back the tow truck straight in line with the vehicle. While the vehicle was being placed on the tow truck, the driver hooked a chain hook to the rear of the vehicle on the A-arm plate that attaches the a-arms to the frame of the vehicle. The tow operator did this to be able to slide the vehicle over to make it in line with the angle of the tow truck and go strait up the flat bed tow truck ramp. While the vehicle was being winched up the bed of the tow truck the hook pulled through the metal plate of the Tahoe and sheared the metal plate from the force of the pulling. The damage is approximately 3/4 wide and 2-3 inches long and ruined the integrity of that section of the vehicles frame and suspension. When the chain popped off the a-arm plate my wife, a friend, and myself all heard the tow truck driver say Oops knowing he caused damage to the vehicle. I spoke with the tow operator and he said this ones on me, I will take care of this. Meaning he would have the damage he caused to the vehicle fixed. I called Pro Tow Towing on 9/1/22 to follow up with getting the proper repairs done to the vehicle, the individual that towed my Tahoe was the same individual that answered the phone. I asked him if he was going to have the repair made through Insurance or out of his pocket. He said he was going to contact the roadside assistance to file a claim and he would call me back in one hour. I never received a phone call and I tried calling him again 2 hours later with no answer. Somewhere along the way to the dealership or once arrived at the dealer ship the tow truck operator took a hammer or some sort of tool to bend the sheared metal close to its original place to make it appear as no damage had occurred.
