            June 2022 I took my semi for repairs, while down for service company expressed metal chunks in axle oil. Service manager mentioned that maintenance be done on this axle. Cost of repair was steep but manager expressed that once completed, parts and labor would be covered for 90 days and parts for the year. There were no part exclusions that were expressed to me. Fast forward March 2023 axle fails parts sent off to manufacturer but Im told no warranty will cover the repair and the only part warranted would be output shaft although the whole axle was rebuilt with manufacturer parts. Although this repair was completed at Kenworth Sales within a year timeframe they have not honored their warranty leaving me without asset and a $21k estimate. Explanation for lack of assistance is because parts manufacturer said part of repaired axle that failed is not covered because its a thru-shaft bearing also that was originally replaced. Now Im without asset or income.

            My made appointment on April 29 for alignment for date: 30th 7am I showed up on time but these people wont do nothing with my truck telling me oh in front of you one truck I explained to advisor listen I have appointment at 7 he I cant do anything Im frustrated and wasting my time here I also visited service manager that I have a load 2pm he apologize and told me no worries your truck will be done by 1 but unfortunately no movement(( I feel maybe because Im foreign thats why they are treat me like that((
