I contracted Mammoth Structures for a pole building in the spring of 2021. Construction was started later than planned and each phase started later than promised as the project went on. There was very poor communication from the project manager and there were many promises made that were not followed through on. A point was reached where I wasnt getting returning calls from the project manager and he would only show up on site to collect a check. Eventually all communication did stop even from the office staff. The only saving ***** on this project is that they hired an outside contractor to build the primary structure. The outside contractor completed his portion of the building in September 2021 and 8 months later there has still been nothing else done since then. The pole building / shop still does not have doors and the framing around the doors is incomplete. This was hands-down the most frustrating project I have ever dealt with.I was more than fair and was very patient with this company. Until it reached a point where I felt like I had to be on them every day to get something done or to just get someone to be on site. All of my payments were made in full and on time. Currently, I have made several calls and left messages into the office to find out if someone is going to come and complete the job and no one is answering the phone or returning any messages.Initial Complaint

On November 15, 2021 we entered into a written contract with *********************** with NAA Partners LLC DBA Mammoth Structures for the construction and completion of a pole building. It was to be constructed at my residence at **********************************************************************. We were required to submit a deposit check for $14,000.00 to secure the project and allow the starting of the engineering and permit process. The check was cashed the next day, November 16, 2021. The project was supposed to start construction April 2022. During the month of January, I had not had contact from anyone with the company regarding the progress of the project. I eventually made contact with ***********************, who assured me that the project was through the permit process, and that he wanted to come out to our construction site to make sure it is ready to start. I had not heard from him since that date. I contacted Ace Solutions, the engineering firm that designs the buildings for Mammoth Structures, and they advised me that there were no plans submitted in my name or my location. I also contacted Kootenai County Building Permitting, and no permits had been started at my residence. There has been no materials delivered to my construction site and the date to begin the project has passed. I had contacted the salesperson who sold the building to me, and he stated in our conversation that he was terminated in December 2021 and had not been paid the commission on our project/pole building. I sent certified letters to the business address and personal residence requesting a full refund of the deposit check, as no engineering, permitting, commissions, or any expenses had yet to be experienced with this project. I have yet to hear from or had any resolution from *********************** or any employee with Mammoth Structures.Initial Complaint
