I thought I was processing a change of address with the ** Postal Service, instead by prentend feaud, the website indicsted they were the Postal Services. Once I processed my request they ask for a payment. I thought it will be the regular charge of $1.00 or $2.00 dollar like the US Postal Service charge, instead, they charged me $197.00 dollars without previous indication of the charge. This company is a scam, a fraud and should not be allow to defraud peoples moneys. They should also indicate their fees beforehand in order to know what would it cost to do business with them.Review from Sharon Y.

Definitely a scam web site. I thought I was using ****** postal change of address. First one listed on ******* Look at the web site, not ** change of address site. Not only did they charge me $99. they sent this information -change of address - to ********* several insurance companies, and local merchants. I have been receiving these at my temporary address. SCAMMY!!! *********** change of address and they have sponsored their site to show up first. I thought I had completed my **** change of address and then was charged $99 for what should have been a $1 **** change of address free. SO SLIMMY- what a gross, shady business they're trying to turn. Even their service # has a message regarding what to tell your bank when you decline the charge and if you have already written a BBB review.Review from Miriam H

This is a total scam. I didnt see anything on their website about the charge until after the fact. I am very careful not to give out personal information and this one got me. I thought I was giving our payment information to Pay $1.00 to the post office. Not $89 to this scam company. Right after I did it, I got a scam alert from our bank. I immediately stopped the payment and canceled our debit card. I have spent the day trying to change our information on the legitimate automatic payment we have set up. Tried to respond to an email I got from this company. It was returned as undeliverable. When I searched for a phone number, all I got was telling me it was a scam. Not cool. We are senior citizens on a fixed income who were just trying to put in a simple change of address.??
