This company is by far the best Powersports dealership I have ever stepped foot in. After reading the review posted by CM below, his complaint is for a CAR, he clearly states it is a 2019 HONDA Civic. He posted to the wrong business, this store is not a Honda Auto dealership. CDA Powersports is a dealer for KTM, Suzuki, Honda Motorcycles, SSR, GAs GAS, Timbersled. Hope this helps others that *** read these posts realize the post by CM is misdirected and it should not even be posted here. This can easily be verified by a quick ****** search of Coeur d' Alene Powersports.

Totally incompetent and unprofessional. I brought my 2019 Civic Sport in for recall service. Service department suggested additional service of $400 which I agreed to. The car was having issues starting which I was told would be addressed with the service. It was not. Battery terminals needed to be cleaned and were not touched. They neglected to connect a fuel line when servicing the vehicle and the car leaked fuel for a week before the dealer fixed the issue. They did give me $100 compensation for the gas I lost due to the leak which they caused. Due to the corrosion on the battery terminals that wasn’t addressed, the starter failed. The owner of the dealership, Ken, denies this could happen even though a quick search online says otherwise. His own technician said that it was possible, yet Ken disagrees with the guy he pays to service your vehicle. I purchased a new starter from the dealer and asked the service manager, John, if he knew what could have caused the starter to burn up. “It’s not my problem” he responded while sucking on a popsicle. The vehicle now has an oil leak as well. We have owned several *****’s and they are low maintenance and reliable vehicles. We’ve never experienced such nasty and unprofessional behavior with any other dealer. We will gladly drive further to another dealer to protect our investment.
