I gotta say I was really pessimistic about Total Tax being able to help me with my tax situation. After working with them for over a year, I would say they are a **************** and really put the effort in to get you a successful resolution. Shout out to Mark at Total Tax. The Team at Total Tax has been nothing less than professional, extremely knowledgeable, exceedingly patient and most importantly, each and every one of them exhibit genuine care. From the first call I made to Total Tax, these professionals were able to replace my fear and embarrassment to feelings of relief with light at the end of the tunnel...and I mean a bright light! This is the only way I know how to thank them.

I hired Total Tax, Inc to help with some tax challenges I was having. I, like many hardworking Americans, find the tax system a bit hard to navigate at times. I had always filed my taxes myself, but due to earning more income, my tax bracket changed and my return became a bit more complicated. I owed a pretty large amount to the *** and need help getting set up with a repayment plan. My representative, *********************, was a consummate professional. *******************************, my case coordinator, kept me informed and was so nice to work with as well. ***** listened to my situation, understood my predicament, and quickly calmed me down from call #1. He got to work getting me set up with a power of attorney so that Total Tax could keep the *** from garnishing my wages or sending me delinquency letters. I simply wanted to fix the situation, not evade paying taxes. It's just that when you're starting from a lower level of income, and then work your tail off to earn more, that transition from lower income to upper income can be shocking if you're not aware. For a reasonable fee, I was able to have Total Tax completely take over the process for me and work with me to get things in order. Now I have a plan, and my 2022 Tax Return was just filed (my amazing tax preparer, *********************, was so personable and patient with me and did a great job preparing my return). I have the most confidence about filing this year than I've ever had. If you have some tax concerns because you ended up owing money to the *** and don't know what to do--don't ignore it! Call Total Tax and let them help you get squared away so that you can have peace of mind knowing you're getting your tax situation together. This was one of the most consequential investments I've made for me and my family. Nothing beats peace of mind, and Total Tax made that a reality for me.

I reached out to Total Tax, Inc in April ***************** with a long overdue tax matter. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Total Tax **** exceeded all my expectations and provided exemplary service from the initial phone call until my case was closed this month, November 2022.PROS The Total Tax **** contract was easy to read and understand. While this may not sound like a big deal, it is! Clarity and transparency speak to integrity. The cost of service was both reasonable and affordable. They even offer payment plans if you cannot afford to pay the full amount upfront. A team of people were assigned to my case, each handling a certain aspect, all the while creating a system of checks and balances that ensured every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed. Communication was exceptional! Someone always answered the phone if I called during business hours. That's pretty rare these days. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. More importantly, Total Tax *** kept me informed on the status of my case every step of the way. I never had to call and ask for an update. No judgment, just solutions! Rated 5 out of 5 stars Absolutely the best in the business! We came to Total Tax and ************************* with an aged *** tax debt that was fairly large. We were distraught and very concerned over the issue.**** and his team at Total Tax were amazing. First, they helped us understand the issues we faced and worked diligently to assist us and put are worries at ease. They worked with us closely and represented us through the *** which was just to difficult for us. They prevented liens and proposed solutions that made it easy for us to reconcile the debt and they provided great resolution that saved us thousands of dollars. Their communication was absolutely incredible and their assistance in this matter was priceless! I have already referred family members and would strongly suggest anyone needing assistance to make these folks your first call!!Truly amazing and we are thankful to the entire team at Total Tax!
