      I signed up for training being assured by the sales person that it would be closed captioned. I'm neurodivergent and have auditory differences as a result. I was not given access to the training on the first day and half of the second (a three day zoom meeting). The second day was pretty much spent listening to screaming, watching bad math and being insulted. None of the recordings have closed captions so it would be impossible to benefit from the course, this was explained to the salesman, I was assured I would have closed captions and had to fight for login information - a fact that the presenter joked about during the zoom . No contact was made by the company to honor my request for a refund.

      Back on November 9, 2023, I watched "Funding Tour" by the *** Arnold System by Wolf Family.Then a Senior Personal Consultant called to convince me to invest with Ultimate Package of $9,997 He promised me I could get the "Free Funding" from ******************* with hand-on training to be successful in real estate investing. This was a big amount for me, so I split the payment of $5,000 with **** of America, and $4,997 with ***************** (Detailed is in the Attachement Claim to Amex.)The next day, a loan company associated with *** Arnold System called to offer me funding, but not for free as they promised. They charged for $400 per year membership with limited funds and no guarantee with any funding. Then I started to search more about *** Arnold System and found out many terrible complaints about losing their money with the company in Better Business Bureau Websites. I was frightened and so scared of the way they do their business. I called to cancel the program and get my refund. But they refused! I did not finish the Broker Certificate Program or take their tests. I do not want to get involved with *** Arnold System or deal with any of their 10+ associate companies!!! Thank God, when I called my **** of America to file the claim with *** Arnold System, they were able to charge back my money. Unfortunately, the dispute claims $4,997 with **************** with detailed documents take 4-5 months still has no satisfactory result yet. Since I do not want to get any training or services from *** Arnold System, why do I have to pay ? *** Arnold System is misleading people to invest in their company with empty promises and no guarantee results, with rules that no one can do even themselves. It's not a Fair Practice in doing business. It's like Free Money for them. How can I do business with a company that I cannot be trusted? Please help me to get my refund!!!

      We are sorry you have misconstrued our programs. We do not have any record of any investments by you in November of 2023 as you reported in your complaint.  We do not show any investment for $400 with our company for membership.  We do show you invested in the Ultimate Broker and Wholesaler package on September 7, 2023, for $9,517.00.

      We do not offer Free Funding and ***************** as you described and recorded calls with you show those terms were never used.  The program in which you invested does not include special ************ Lending Benefits, offered to students who take and successfully complete our higher-level Master Level courses. This was explained to you in a recorded compliance call conducted at the point of sale.  You verbally agreed (and signed and initialed three separate Fulfilment Training Agreements) to the following:

      Do you agree that no additional products or services, other than those just designated, were promised to you by Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing or its representatives, including additional coaching or mentorship or additional leads and opportunities, and that no income, earnings, or profit guarantees were made to you as result of this investment?

      You also agreed, prior to your investment that you understood *** Arnold System three-day return policy:

      Please understand that you may cancel this sale up until midnight of the third business day from enrollment,which begins today 09/07/2023. After the third business day all sales are final and there is a no refund policy in place.

      We have a longstanding 3-day return policy because of the many sunk costs incurred at the point of investment.  That is why you were informed of that policy in a recorded compliance call, signed Fulfillment Training Agreements, and within the purchase invoices sent to you.  Despite the clear policy, you requested a return of your investment outside the stated return period. Because you did not receive a return, you filed a chargeback with your credit card company and subsequently, presented with your signed agreements, the company reversed the chargeback in our favor.

      We want to reiterate that *** Arnold System, ************ and *********************** all have A+ ratings with the Better Business Bureau and have resolved or answered any complaints submitted.

      *** Arnold System is ready and willing to fulfill your contracted investment and provide you with the excellent course, services and products included in our top-selling Ultimate Broker and Wholesaler Package.       there is no reason to waste more time, and bet more money into this system which is strategically designed to **** the money out of our

      Since the *** Arnold System will not refund my money, maybe you do not need to send my response to them.

       I don't want anything to do with them anymore.  I  want to warn honest investors to beware not to fall into this deceitful system and lose all their money.

      1/6/24 - I spoke with ************************* regarding *** Arnold's ReverseREO system. We spoke for about 15 minutes. I asked **** several questions before I purchased. One of the questions was if $897 was the full purchase price. Was there anything else I needed to purchase. He said the only thing I had to pay for was the cost to mail marketing pieces to potential real estate sellers. I asked him if the ReverseREO system included the ***** software and he said yes. I told him that I had no income coming in and I was using my credit cards to live on. I told him I wanted to make sure that there was no additional costs other than the $897 plus the cost of mailing the marketing pieces. He said he there were no other costs other than those. I said ok. Let me think about it over the weekend and I'll get back to you. 1/9/2024 - ***** called. I told him I was concerned about not having time to work on the RecerseREO program. He said that as long as I worked on the program two hours per day, I should be fine. I decided to purchased *** Arnold's ReverseREO system for $897. The live class was scheduled for 1/22/24, 1/23/24, 1/24/24 via Zoom.1/22/24 - I attended the first day of the ReverseREO training that went from 10am CST to 7pm CST. About midway through the training we were supposed to contact our customer success rep. I was assigned ********************* who has been with the company for 10 years. His job was to sell me and the other students the higher packages that were as expensive as $32,000. He also said that if I wanted the ***** software I was going to have to pay an additional $2,497 and was not included in the $897 price I paid. I told him that's not what ***** said. He said he would have ******************* me.1/23/24 - ***** called me and apologized for any confusion. He said if i wanted ***** I needed to pay the $2,497. I said I wanted a refund of my $897. He said he would see what he could do and get back to me the next day.1/26/27 - No response from *****. I left a voicemail.

      I will accept the *** Arnold System company response if they agree not to charge me back the $897 that I did a chargeback on and also not charge me any other charges. 

      Moreover, I would like to know why they didnt respond to my emails and voicemails. I considered their program because they are Christians. It disheartens me when I see Christians not being ******-like. I am not questioning whether you are Christians or not. Only God can discern the heart.

      My advice to the *** Arnold Company, please take a look at your one star reviews on TrustPilot and you will see numerous people complaining about the same thing that I have experienced with you. Some are senior citizens and have trusted you with their life savings. Please help them by showing the love and compassion of ****** and doing the right thing by them. God bless.

      According to the company's terms for refund, I was within my **************************************************************** a software confusion through a sales pitch.Sorry for my english.Paragraph 4.4 DealioEND USER LICENSE AGREEMENT further more, there were 3 different names for the same product as readable on invoice.AI Lead Hacker, Realflow software from end user agreement and Dealio.pro member access ?Another point, with all respect to businesses, finding out that the actual name, ********** Arnold being said connected to "god" and blessing people before talking business, just find it funny. Goes well with the expression on the ** dollar : In god we trust. Heard so, many times. It's all yours ******** people.I could ask for a lot more for my dammages taking time to file this complaint like lawyers do for their minutes but, I give myself the rights for reserves.

      I won't be contacting any one on the phone provided, why ?
      Sometimes I don't understand when I'm spoken to over the phone
      when the other partie doesn't speak clearly for their purpose
      and I know the intentions behind the behaviour.

      If I understood here, Sendfuse software should be available to me ?!
      Since I got confused by the salespitch you guys won't agree with
      and 3 days refund / no refund policy aspecially making sur we, the
      costumer won't have time to react properly with a lot of information
      to process in this so short time.

      I made a partial payment of $3000 out of $17,000 with my credit card and I was going to pay the balance with cash by bank wiring. The payment was for Lees inner circle membership with real estate education session scheduled for 12/13/2023 - 12/15/2023. As soon as I made a payment, I went online to check the reviews of the program and read multiple reviews that were absolutely horrible. I lost my trust in the educational program I purchased and I have not accessed any of the online links/accounts for their educational materials that they sent via email. I requested a full refund on the same day of initial payment via email and even a phone call with a sales representative because they demanded to verbally confirm the refund request on business day 3 after payment was made. They have not cancelled my credit card transaction. And they have not sent me an email saying they will cancel the transaction or process the refund request.

      I signed up for Dealio Pro and Certified Broker Course. Was told ****** could produce all kinds of leads, sellers and cash borrowers. It really doesnt! Once I get in there I find out you have to pay additional funds to contact those so called leads. For ***** you would think that should cover it. Now I am requesting a refund for Dealio and it is impossible to get in touch with someone I am also hoping to get the $997 back as well. I dont plan on attending the Broker training. This company supposedly prides itself on being a ********************** but in reality it is selling education programs and really dont care if you succeed or not. Keep throwing higher packages on your before you really have a chance to get started. My request is to get the full refund back for Dealio Pro and certified broker course and for someone to reply to my emails.

      On Dec 10, 2022, I signed up for the "Ultimate Package" by paying, $9,997. I agreed to pay half - $4,998 - on the same day and the rest a month later. The main reason I signed up for the Ultimate Package was because of the PROMISES of the Wolf Family. During the orientation, the husband and the wife promised that if anyone signed up for the Ultimate Package, they would hold their hands and help them - even as far as making a phone call to the sellers on behalf of the students. In the last two months, I only got to talk to the Wolf family one time.Part of the agreement was to take 3 different courses. I completed the first course and became a Certified Private Money Broker. This means that the broker gets a customer and works with their own financial company called, *************** As soon as I completed the course, I decided to market heavily on social media and LinkedIn by paying money and found a couple of customers interested in getting a loan. I was very excited and started contacting the person I was assigned to work with at the moment his name is *****. I called and texted him but no response at all. Then, I decided to contact ************ by going to their website and sending a couple of emails, but no response at all. A few days later or 20 days after making the first payment, I received an urgent text from ****. I called him and asked him what the urgent text was all about. **** asked me to pay the rest of the money that day even though I still had another 10 days. During the conversation, I mentioned to **** what had happened to those two customers and why I couldn't get hold of anyone to help me. The only thing **** offered me was to pay the rest of the money and move on; with no apology whatsoever. The company promised to resolve my issues during the Jan 19, 2023 meetings but I havent received any resolution yet. Right now, I can't even use any of the software I paid thousands of dollars for. I'm kindly asking for help.Thank you.

      Our records show you have been provided the following from from this program: Independent Private Money Broker Certification (which you attended,) The Hands-Off Wholesaler Certification (provided electronically) SendFuse and Dealio.pro (software program in which you are registered) the Deals of the Distance Program and Consultation (which was fulfilled over the phone) and you had reserved a seat at the Cash Flow Certification Program but have not attend. $8500 of your $9997 package has been completely fulfilled but due to your payment card chargeback, you have provided no payment, leaving at least $8500 owing unpaid.

      It should be clear from your **************** that you certified as an Independent Private Money Broker, not exclusive to Cogo (not ***** ********  meaning you can broker for any of the hundreds of private money lenders across the country. Your education should have also informed you of the proper procedure to submit a loan and how to contact a ************ Loan Analyst via the advertised toll free number to begin the loan process.  


      Until the chargeback that you initiated is adjudicated and settled, we are forced to suspend your account for non-payment as we have provided $8500 worth of education and services with no payment from you.

      The statement, This program was completely fulfilled as described, including one call with *********************. Is totally false. 

      The only thing I was provided was: Independent Private Money Broker Certification which I attended. The cost for this course was ********. Everything else they mentioned was not provided. 
      First of all, three weeks after the first course completed, my family lost our son to suicide and I was dealing with the tragedy. I didn't have the strength to do anything. I notified them so I dont have to take the next course but they did not really care at all. My family didnt even have the money for burial so we had to ask the community. If they had to release the money, it would have helped us.


      Everything they mentioned above, isnt true at all and they know it. In order to use those two softwares, you must complete the other two courses that I didnt take. SendFuse helps you write a contract and Deal.pro to find the properties. These two softwares have nothing to do with the course I completed. To say that I used these two softwares is completely false. How could someone pay $5,500 to just use it for one time? This doesnt even make sense at all. I dont even know how to use the softwares.


      In regards to the Wolf Family, after trying to get hold of them for a while, yes, I finally spoke with ************ but we didnt even talk anything about the business. It was just an introduction, and she promised to call me every Monday. She was very kind and helpful but a week later, she never called me. Part of the program, the Wolf family were supposed to hold my hand for one-year and teach me the business. It wasnt just a one-time deal. The Wolf family were the main reason why I even signed up to begin with.

      I already paid $9,997.00 for the program. I was also charged a subscription fee of $59.99/month for two months for the Sendfuse software which I was already charged $2,500 but never ever used it all. I don't even know how to use any of the softwares I paid for. I am attaching a receipt of $9,997 which I received from the company. Like I had mentioned in my previous response, I only received one certification that costs $1,497.00. Even the certification doesn't even have any value in my state because the organization doesn't have any accreditation to certify me as a broker.

We have never had a $59.99 charge for SendFuse.  You were informed at point of purchase that the SendFuse program has non-refundable h monthly charge during your recorded compliance call before your investment.  In order for you to be charged the initial payment, you had to enter your credit card information into the SendFuse Dashboard, agreeing to the monthly charge. This fee is a required subscription payment and is charged for access to the SendFuse, regardless of level of utilization. We would be happy to re-activate your SendFuse and the rest of your program upon receipt of the balance due amount.

      As stated before, we have retained no payments from this client. All previous payments have been charged back by the client thus we cannot return any payment. Although we have incurred significant fulfillment costs, we have received no payment for products provided. We are unable to make any billing adjustments because we have no payments from the client to adjust, after all payments were returned via chargebacks.

      I viewed a training video regarding *** Arnold's / Broker Certification program and paid $1497 on 12/15/22. After reviewing additional training materials and learning about added costs of the program, I became disenchanted with the program.I was hoping to learn more and feel comfortable but was laid off from my tech company in December. I reached out to ****** Services / *************************************** as well as called them *************). I even sent *** Arnold several messages through LinkedIn expressing financial hardship for requesting a refund.My first message to *** Arnold was sent on January 14th, 2023, and the last one (2/1/23) was to ask him to follow up on my behalf with ****** Services. There was to be a Resolution Meeting to review requests on February 2nd - which I sent them an email on February 1st to ask them again to approve my refund request for financial hardship.I have made multiple attempts in contacting them and have not received a refund for the $1497 - a service that I have not used or a program that I have not participated in.       We sent via email Broker Blueprint Home Study Course, a component of the Independent Private Money Broker Certification Program.

      It was not until January 6, 2022, you requested a return of your $1497 payment, well outside the stated return period.


      Since you initiated a payment card chargeback on, we have no payment from this order. We unable to provide a return of a payment that we have not received.

      A few days before 10/28/2022, I attended a webinar and a had call with a Sales agent regarding the private money broker and the private money lending. I should have known the company was bad when I talked to them. They were asking all kinds of invasive questions regarding how I will pay the dowm payment and where it was coming from. I'm like you are a Private Money Broker where the money comes from is of no relevance whatsoever, and I felt offended at that especially that I had a great deal on this property and literally all other PML never asked that question. It's almost like it was the ** president's money you were dealing with and their LTV was not even that good.Given them the benefit of the doubt and thinking it's a one off, I on 10/28/2022 I signed up with their Private Money Broker (PMB) for $497 the ***** stated that the offer which consisted in getting that money back would be packaged with the $**** but I had a year to make 2 deals and get my reimbursement back. They send the invoice and but don't tell me about the refund policy. Real sneaky. I read it from the invoice and they give only 3 days. Ridiculous.I send an email that night asking where is my login. No response Then a day or so later, I call to find get information but I get this rude *************** who tells me I owe money and when can I give them the rest. I'm like wait a minute? ***** told me I had a year for this program why are you asking for money? I don't owe anybody anything. He said "ok but how are you going to talk about lending when you can't even pay for ****?" I said I don't know how you were raised you but you are being very disrespectful. He raised his voice at me and I was like I can't believe this. We ended the call. I checked my email for login and we are day 4 10/31/2022 and still nothing. I called, they send the login but I'm like I don't want to pursue this and they refused to give me a refund even though they sent the login after on day 4 days.

We are unable to refund your payment for the program because you initiated a payment charge back with your payment card provider and as result, we have no payment for this product that can be returned to you.  Your Desired Outcome of this complaint cannot be provided because of your actions.

      Although you were not paid in full, as a courtesy, we provided you access to the pre-certification Money Broker Blueprint Home Study Course, a component of the Independent Private Money Broker Certification Program.

      The 1st trans was $1,497 dated 10/19/22. The merchant listed on the cc stmt was The *** Arnold System. The $1,497 was to pay for 3 days of upcoming training for Broker Certification. The 2nd trans was $3,500 dated 10/20. The merchant listed on the cc stmt was ****************** Cor. The $3,500 was to pay a portion of the Ultimate ******************* Package, including, but not limited to, future training and some software. Both charges were affiliated with & from the same entity, The Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing. These purchases were made during a free all-day "funding tour" on 10/19. I was reassured repeatedly by ***** (the one that processed the $3,500) everything he was saying would be in writing in a DocuSign doc that would be sent the next day via email for my review and signature. I was ****% under the impression and led to believe that I could read through everything thoroughly and ask any questions before I signed & agreed to anything binding. I didnt receive the promised e-docs to review and sign. But emails were sent to me with access to software I was not expecting to receive yet, since I had not signed a contract yet to agree to the Ultimate Package. I hadnt fully paid for this. I haven't had the training yet in order to utilize the software. When I read the fine print on the invoice, I thought surely they didnt consider a portion of the amount I pd to be software cost, since it said in the fine print that it was non-refundable. I cant in good conscious move fwd with this company. I refuse to be associated w/ a company that is deceptive, misleading, manipulative, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Refund requests were submitted in writing on 10/20 & 10/22. On 10/29 ****************** Cor refunded $1,003, which leaves a needed refund of $2,497 from them. The $1,497 was for training only & has nothing to do with software, so there should be no issues with refunding this. I haven't opened, logged in, or utilized any of the software.

      Attached to this email is the *** with the main supporting documentation. It looked like I had attached it to the complaint before submitting, but when I got the confirmation email from the BBB, the only *** document listed was the secondary *** (part 2), which does not have the bulk of the supporting documentation.  
      The *** attached is a crucial part of the complaint and includes most of the detailed information.

      As a courtesy, we have returned your entire investment of $4997.00 on the cards you used in payment.  The first return of $1003 was submitted on October 28, 2022 and should already be shown in your statements. A return of $1497 and another at $2549 was initiated yesterday and should be reflexed in your account in 2 to 4 days. 

      Since your desired resolution to this complaint has occurred. we request that you inform the BBB that it is resolved.
