            Eagle Auto Review 9/18/23 Beware!Eagle Auto charged $2287 vs RAM dealer quote of $1900 for replacing an e-torque alternator Facts My bad - I was quoted $2200 and agreed to pay $2200 for the service. I learned a valuable ****** to shop around. But, after researching the charge and discussing the bill with Eagle Auto, they keep the charge at $2287.71. Here is a breakdown of the charges:eTorque alternator: $1731.30 vs dealer quote of $1396. Available via web for $903.Labor: $342.61 (two hours of labor) vs dealer quote of $350.Shop Supplies:$103.70 (covers overhead)Tax:$110.10 Total:$2287.71 vs dealer quote of $1900.I felt ripped off I was hoping to find an auto repair shop that I could trust to deliver a quality service at a fair price. All I was expecting was a price slightly below dealer prices. I do know the auto industry: the dealer service department delivers the majority of the profit. But, to pay over $300 moresorry, you lost me as a customer for life!! I own a 2020 Ram **** V8 ********************* truck and live in Eagle!
