Nerve renew does not give me an outlet to cancel and keeps sending product when I phone their number I get a conference that makes me give them a number I do no haveBusiness response

I saw Nerve Renew advertised to help foot pain. I called the company and they said it was a money back guarantee if it did not help I would get 100% of my money back. Regrettably it did not help at all. Today, 4-8-2022 I called the company 6 times. Once I would explain what I wanted they would either hang up on me or put me on an endless loop of odd options ranging from health care coverage to wanting to give me $100 voucher if I would just pay a small fee. As soon as I'd say I don't want anything other than my refund they would hang up. I paid $462.97 on 4-16-21 and would like a refund. At the very least I want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.Business response

I found your order in our system and asked our customer service manager to reach out and get your refund handled. It sounds to me like you were calling the wrong number to reach our customer support. We don't offer any insurance or vouchers in our system. The correct customer service line is ************. You will hear from ****** shortly to arrange your refund. The credit card processors don't allow us to refund directly back to your card after 6 months has elapsed so a physical check will be mailed to you.

I have received multiple spam emails from them that I never subscribed to and cannot unsubscribe from.Business response

Sorry to hear you've been receiving these messages and can't unsubscribe. We strive to adhere to all CAN-SPAM laws and are researching how this happened. We use some affiliates to drive sales and sometimes they can get overly aggressive with email. We are tracking down who is sending these messages and plan to terminate our affiliate agreement with them. In the meantime, I've added your email to a global suppression list so you should see any and all emails cease over the next 48 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.Customer response
