I started a 12 month subscription, but only received 1 month. They are continuing to take my payment, but won't respond to any emails. I'm unable to cancel my subscription online because it says "I haven't met the requirements". I need this to be canceled and my last payment refunded.Initial Complaint

On 1/22/23 I signed up for a 6 month box subscription from this company. I was charges immediately for the month of January and a schedule was set up to take money out of my account for the months of February, March, April, May, June and July ( totaling 7 months). According to its website, the product was to be shipped out w/in 2 business days and you can cancel your subscript anytime ( no fee).The next day, I sent an email to the company to inquire about the 7 month potential charges and the date my January product ( which was paid for would be sent out). I still have not received a response after sending multiple emails and contacting them on social media. As a result, I decided to cancel my subscription. I tried canceling via my account and I am not . allowed to do so. I have since sent at least 2 emails to cancel my subscription and to no avail. After reading the many reviews, it seems this company is notorious for this. I wish to cancel my subscription before being charged any additional months.Business response

The customer placed an order for a six month subscription. She sent an email with questions about billing. She emailed soon after asking to cancel her subscription. While we worked through that request the first box in her subscription was sent and delivered. We did cancel her subscription so she would not get any other charges or boxes in the future. She then placed a chargeback for the box that she received. We went ahead and accepted the chargeback and did not request that she send the first box back to us. She will now be receiving her money back and her subscription has been canceled.Initial Complaint

I ordered a custom jacket on 3/22, it was $70. I was told 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping. I emailed on 4/8 to check the status and was told the same thing again. I emailed on 4/21 (4 weeks since my order) to check again. I got no reply until 5/3. I filed a credit card dispute to get my money back on 4/28 because it was over a week without an email reply, and 5 weeks without my order. I understand things taking longer than anticipated. That is why I emailed to check in. I would have been fine if I received a reply with a status update. But I didnt get anything until after I filed a dispute and got my money back. They have been deleting my comments on social media trying to get information. Many other buyers are experiencing the same thing but the business is deleting their bad social media comments so no one can see the true reviews.Initial Complaint

I ordered a custom denim jacket on 4/8/2022 from this company. My order number is *****. It was supposed to ship in 1-3 weeks. It has now been a month and I havent seen any updates. I have attempted to email/message/reach out on social media 6 times. I sent a message on Instagram after my email went unanswered and have now been blocked. All of my emails and messages have all gone unanswered, despite their contact form saying they respond in 1 business day. I just want to know when I will have the item I paid for - my wedding day is 5 weeks away!Initial Complaint

Purchased an item from this store online on 3/22 - was told when I purchased that it would be sent out 1-2 business days after ordering. A week after ordering I reached out and they updated the time for shipping to be 1-3 weeks. I waited about 2 weeks, reached out and no response. I reached out through their online contact us page and received a response saying to wait another week. Come 3 weeks same thing. I reached out and they said they will notify the warehouse and it will get resolved. 2 days later, nothing. So I email again asking for a refund and to cancel my items as they did not ship my items in the promised timeframe. Now 4 weeks - 4/23/22, I have still not received a response and my item still shows confirmed and that a shipping label has not even been created yet. I have reached out through social media and they DELETE comments that simply ask why their orders are not shipping out. I checked their social media before purchasing and I did not see 1 negative review and now I know why - they delete all comments that have anything negative to say about the company. Anyones comments asking where their order is, is deleted. There are reviews on their website all showing 5 stars but again, Im sure they delete all negative reviews. Overall, this company is scamming people to think they will receive their items in a promised timeframe (1-3 weeks to be shipped out and 1-5 days transit time as it is posted on their website) but as I have been researching, this is not accurate and many customers are not getting their products they purchased in the timeframe promised or if not at all.
