          BBB found the company is not located at the advertised address in Filer, Idaho.  In fact, the address on 5 Ward lane does not exist on county parcel maps.  Consumers further allege the products are shipped from China., and BBB found the company names are not registered with Idaho Secretary of State. BBB also does not believe the company is physically located in the State of Idaho and found the websites have been recently registered and are privacy protected.

          Pattern of Complaint

          On February 3, 2020, BBB found a pattern of complaints concerning product, delivery & customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from the company’s websites and after several weeks have not received their products.  The consumers who do receive a product state the product is not what they ordered.  For example, a consumer orders a Roku device and receives a bracelet.   

          On February 3 and February 28, 2020 BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
