    Horrible experience with Servpro of **********. I had a house fire and Servpro was the company to restore my house. My project manager and his wife were very disrespectful towards me. They would do a tag team of overriding what I wanted, ignore my requests, or just respond in a rude manner. They did not want to complete the project the way that I wanted. They ignored my requests. I had to have my insurance agent involved numbers times to assist with getting things replaced in my house. I should never of had to have him help me but they ignored me. He would not consult me and do things his way. Then he couldn't understand why I was upset. He would ask if I really wanted the items in my house-towel racks, toilet paper holders, linen closet, etc. I asked for matching doors for my house and suggested that he order them. He did not. When it came time to get the doors, I got mismatched doors because he did not order them. The contractors did such a shoddy job. The countertops had to be replaced because they were uneven and glue was everywhere. The walls on one half of the house had scratches, holes, clusters of something, and looked terrible. They were redone. All of the cabinets were uneven. They needed to be realigned. The plumber had to keep coming back to fix a basic problem. I had someone come and he fixed it immediately. People would not come for weeks to work on my house. They gave me a short time to go through the boxes that they returned. They didn't do a final cleaning because the house was not complete when I moved back home after giving a 5 week notice. The flooring, cabinets, and vanity were in my garage but they still couldn't finish the home on time. He would argue over things I wanted and he would override me or not consult me. Didn't have a kitchen sink or one bathroom done. I felt victimized again. It took 22 months for things to be complete and I moved home at 13 months. I would never use this company again.
