Purchased the uzzle game on 11/29/2023 for $35.10. On 11/30 I received a shipping confirmation. Since then no shipping details just that the label was created. I contacted the company to find out what the expected delivery date was and their response at first was the problem was with ***** Said **** hasnt updated tracking info. Then a few days later said item will ship 12/1 or 12/2 at the latest. It didnt ship. I emailed on 12/3, 12/4, 12/5 and 12/6 asking for them to cancel my order since it wont arrive in time. They no longer respond. When I placed the order I was receiving multiple emails a day from them and now nothing. I feel like the company is a scam. They take your money, create a shipping label but you never get the item.Customer response

After you sent them a message, my item miraculously shipped out even though I asked them to cancel. I was able to return the item but it took weeks for them to refund me my money. Thank you.Business response

Thank you for reaching us. Here's what happened, there was a delay with the refund since the customer didn't mentioned to us that she refuse the package and we haven't received the return package it. We already refunded the customer and she was notified about the refund.

That isnt what happened. I asked them numerous times for a return label. Then sent them a picture of the box unopened in shipping box and told them I wanted to return. They advised me to decline the package and bring it to the post office. For 12 days after receiving the package they finally responded to decline the package. The item sat in shipped with a label from November 30 until after I filed a complaint. Then they decided to ship it even though I tried to cancel since it wouldnt arrive by 12/08. The package was shipped back 12/23. They received it but wouldnt refund me until I contacted them numerous times in January.
