On December 5th, 2021 we purchased a dumbbell and rack set from bodybuilding.com and ordered 6 day shipping for Christmas. The set finally arrived after 15 days, but while we were supposed to receive the set in three boxes, only two arrived. We were missing the heaviest weights, a pair of 25 lb and a pair of 30 lb weights.We called ***** and bodybuilding.com to figure out the problem, but we didn't receive any helpful information for over a month. Today bodybuilding.com confirmed that they failed to ship the third box entirely and that this was a widespread problem for numerous orders like ours. They knowingly shipped out incomplete orders. They offered us a 50% refund and to keep what we had received, but the missing items are worth well more than 50% of the cost of the total package. Nevermind the tremendous hassle and deception in this whole process. Our only other option is to send the entire set back which is itself extremely burdensome. They refuse to budge.This is unacceptable given how they must have known that the packages were sent incomplete and that the missing items are worth more than their proposed refund.Business response

To make this right, we have refunded the rest of your order, so you should see two separate refunds in the amount of $181.86. Since this hasn't been a good experience, and we were unable to fulfill your complete order, please keep the equipment you have received on us. We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.

I placed an order for protein and supplements on Black Friday for 560$. This company who Ive ordered from several times told me they cancelled it because they couldnt confirm my payment details. So I called and said I can switch credit cards or even put an alternative address if needed. They said it will not change anything. I believe they cancelled my order because I cancelled a membership that gave me 10% off the order 3-4 days after ordering. No where on their site do they say we are not allowed to cancel our memberships. Additionally, they said I need to place an order that is under $50 for my future orders to go through. I look forward to saving money on Black Friday, only for my order to get cancelled. I would like for my order to be fulfilled as they advertise 10% off as a bodyfit member and do not believe verification is an issue.Business response

I ordered 2x 10lb whey protein from there website on November 30th 2021, I received an email saying my package was delivered on dec 6 2021, I contacted bodybuilding.com immediately after not being able to locate my package and they told me they would do an investigation and asked if I want a reshipment or a refund. I requested a refund but was told they could only refund me after the investigation is over which could take **** days or I could get it reshipped ASAP. I obviously requested the reshipment because it was faster and also the representative I was talking to said I could just return the new shipment for a refund. One I received the shipment I contacted the company again and was told I needed to pay shipping costs to ship it back because the first order was refunded. What? Its not my responsibility that the package was never delivered to me. I spoke to ***** on the phone today and was told that a package trace was NEVER initiated on that tracking number they gave me. So nothing is adding up. Im pretty sure they didnt even send out the first one. But nonetheless they shipping costs to ship it back to there returns is 60$!!! They offer free shipping so I dont understand why they want me to pay? Just offer me a return labelBusiness response

Since your original order was reported as missing/stolen and the order was reshipped to you at no cost, we are not able to provide a return label.
