I paid my monthly **** of $99.99 on February 6th 2022. I have not had Internet access which is sketchy at best on a regular day by Dynami Wireless for over a week. I did everything in my power such as unplug the router box , turn it off, give it time to reset. Nothing worked. I placed a comment request as per the company's phone message on 2/12/2022. No response. Since the Internet outage I have placed somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 phone calls trying to reach someone. Today , 2/15/22, I called a number that claims that they were customer service. The young woman I spoke to was not of American descent and difficult to understand. Every time she put me through to "customer service" after trying to sell me other products I was disconnected. After the 4th time of me calling back she just hung up on me repeatedly. I just want a solution so that I have Internet. I also would like credit back for the time that I have no Internet which means no TV or anything else. Thank you.
