      Purchased a unit online , unknown to me that Graceallure is a 3rd party seller and has little to no feedback and refund policy as they hide behind red tape regarding thier sales , and real business names. Product is faulty , i requested a replacement , or refund, and they refuse and no longer reply . This company should be banned from future sales across North america .       I purchased an electronic pen from this company for removing moles, skin tags, etc. The FIRST time I use it it crapped out with a skin tag half removed. After a couple hours of it working off and on I emailed the seller to request a return after cleaning and bandaging my bleeding arm. I sent photos of my arm and the product and the shipping label only to be given the run around that they need a video of me trying to use it. Absolutely ridiculous. I simply want a return label and my money back

      I purchased under eye pads from this store online. The return policy says easy returns within 30 days of delivery It says unused items can be returned. I received them today, 3/4/22. They are not as described. I did not receive what I purchased and emailed them for a refund. They emailed me back saying this is not refundable. I wrote back saying they are individually wrapped, unopened, unused items that I want to return. They wrote back again that they will not accept as a return. I always read the return policies before making a purchase from a new store and this website makes it seem like they care about customer service and return items within 30 days. I emailed them the same day they were delivered. I want to return the items for a full refund. Order# *****
