I ordered a pair of boots on 12/29/23- received on 1/12/24 and did not like fit and requested refund. I was sent and charged ***** for return label. I mailed by **** as instructed and have yet to hear anything from this company. I have tried calling, messaging and email without success. Im really at a loss for what to do. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals from this company. One pair does not fit properly and needs to be returned. There was no packing slip in my package that included item return information. The company has no listed phone number. I've email customer service twice and did not receive a response; used Telic's online customer service form 3 times, with no response; and I've contacted them via social media with no response. I seek to return this item and receive a refund but the business is nonresponsive despite offering a 30-day return for refund policy. Those 30 days will expire in 2 weeks. Please help. I ordered 2 pair of sandals from TELIC - order *********. They were too big; I have three times submitted a request for exchange through their regular procedures, and twice written to customer service over a two week period, with no response. (The same complaint was filed with you by another customer.)Business response

This has been resolved with the Customer.
Once a return request is completed via www.telic.com the Customer receives an RMA# and a prepaid return label is emailed within 24 hours.
This customer did not have an RMA#. The process was not completed on their end.
**************** initiated the return June 29 and a prepaid return label was sent. The customer received the exchange order July 11.
