I have had nothing but problems with my furnace since it was installed incorrectly in 2018. It started puddling water underneath within months. I called Shafer and they said I had a roof leak. The rains stopped but puddles still came. Then it stopped working and a technician came out again and found the problem with installing was causing the water issue. The result Im dealing with still in **** is a severely rusted machine that limps along not working several times each year. I have asked them to make good and replace this furnace but they keep on coming up with lame excuses. After many phone calls and service calls, Im done giving them every chance in the world to make good on this. I want action. When you pay $8k for a furnace it should be installed and work properly for years. Im very unsatisfied with this company.Review from Chris S

The Shafer's have been our go-to for *************** for over two decades now. The Shafer family has always done right by us, and we recommend them to all our friends and family. On multiple occasions Shafer has dispatched technicians on short notice to resolve minor issues with our system, and every time they are speedy and professional. Most recently, ***** came out to do our annual maintenance, and noticed my wife's inhaler on the coffee table and asked us about our air quality. Long story short, he told us all about different options to help keep the air in our home safe for our family. He was very professional and was able to install our new Air Scrubber the very same day. Awesome family company. We've worked with these folks for years and couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Our furnace went down last week, and they were able to get us back up and running before the holiday. Can't say enough good about this company.Review from Mishaela H

Awsome communication from our repair specialists ****! Thank ypu so much. He was easy to contact and very helpful leading up to the appointment. The prices are very fair and I got my heat back up and running and it did not break my bank. Thank you guys!
