              After my initial purchase of Q-Grips and replacement heads, totaling $63.15, I began getting charges from "Reverie" (totaling $83.74), which I had not authorized or accepted. After contacting customer service, a refund of $20.14 was authorized for the March 9, 2024 payment to "Reverie". I did not authorize a membership to Reverie for unknown services. I believe Q-Grip still owes me a refund of $63.60, to my PayPal account.

              I was supposed to receive 16 new tips for each Q-Grip I ordered. I paid the extra shipping and received my two products but never received my tips and have been getting the run around ever since. Very poor customer service!! Do not recommend this company.
