      Complaint: 20922012

I am rejecting this response because:

Everything that I stated in my original complaint submission to the BBB, is true and is documented.  Where is the documentation of anything he accuses me of?  It is ****************** who has issues speaking the truth as is proven again in his response to my BBB complaint.

He did not purchase the doors in December 2022.  I have copies of text messages from January that show he had not even measured the doors until mid-January and the receipts clearly state the order was placed on February 3, 2023.  I also have text messages that I state the temporary fix was working and that the replacement could wait for a warm day and offered store the doors in my garage. (An offer he declined as a way of covering that he had not ordered the Custom ******** doors as were agreed upon, were quoted for and paid for.)  On March 2 he texted he wanted to wait until a warmer day.  After not hearing from him, I had to send him a reminder on April 24 that we need to schedule the replacement.  The May installation was his choice.  Copies of these text messages are attached.

He did not move.  As I stated in my original complaint, ******************* is able to collaborate the majority of the information I have provided.  He also has to proof that ****************** was renting a house from him during this time and is currently still living in that home.

As far as I know, ****************** made no attempt to contact me upon return from his trip.  I did not receive any text messages or voicemails from him.  It took ************** and myself multiple attempts to contact him and when we finally did he stated, he would make things right.   This conversation was again followed with no action from him and more attempts by ************** to contact him.  I finally contacted a lawyer,******************************  He sent ****************** a demand letter (see attached).  Once the deadline had passed with no response, ****************** was able to eventually speak to ****************** at which time he agreed to make monthly payments to reimburse part of the funds.  A settlement agreement was written up, but ****************** has never signed and has avoided all contact (see attached).

      Sincerely,

      *******************************
