            We went to a used auto dealership in *********** to purchase a vehicle and the dealership used Treasure Finance to finance the loan. We've always been ahead on payments by at least a month, and as of today's date, it's been six months that we purchased the car - yet, it hasn't been added to our credit reports and we were clearly hoping it would be as we're rebuilding credit. According to the ***** Statute in regards to loans, the loan company has 60 days from the time the loan originated to report to each bureau. If you're looking to rebuild credit by purchasing a car, do your best not to use this company to finance it.

            DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not report all of your months and payments to the credit bureau. We have a vehicle for 16 months and they only reported 8 months out of the 16 months. They do not count all your payments. When you try to talk and get it straighten out they will tell you they cannot got back any further. So I contacted the credit bureau they told me they only can report what they receive. I now got ********************************* involved. I have also found out they are using 2 different addresses and 2 different phone numbers.

            As all Finance companies, we are not required by law to report any of our loans to the credit bureaus. However, within the last year or so, as a company decision, we decided to begin reporting all of our loans to Experian credit bureau as a way for our customers to try to rebuild their credit. We have reported every payment (and non payment) for every customer since wfe were approved by Experian to send out data files. This may have taken place at some point during your loan. Experian is unable to receive histories of payments taken prior to this time period. Also, Treasure Finance has recently moved to a different *********** Address as businesses do. However, we only have one listed phone number for the company that is still correct. That is, ************. Myself as well as any other management are happy to answer any questions or concerns from customers.
