            We had a minor exterior house fire, they showed up at our doorstep without being called 2 hrs after the fire and we thought "how great! Now we don't even need to look around!"I wish we did. There was so little communication. They never sat down with us in person to discuss our options. They never went over paperwork in person. Everything was done via email and very poorly at that. They wrapped our house and we didn't hear a word for months. The wrap began ripping off in the wind during winter, the wood underneath got rained on. We found out our siding color had been discontinued so they found the closest match. They assured us it was very close to our original color, showed a small sample and ordered the siding.After TEN months of awful communication, unanswered emails and unanswered phone calls, they finally started the siding but we noticed they were only doing parts of it. We were under the impression they were replacing the whole sides of the house that was burned. They said they were only obligated to fix the parts that were damaged.Our house looks likes awful. The siding color isn't even close to the original and there's still old siding that is burnt that they never replaced. After a very emotional fire and 10 months of discouraging communication the end result was horrible . Alot of this could have been avoided if they had sat down and gone over our options and all the paperwork in person and been easy to work with.

            We had a fire earlier this year and lost our home to fire and water damage. Just days after the fire we were introduced to ***** and Nate from Tobin Restoration and Cleaning. They were so kind and compassionate to our situation and explained all they do to help people like us in our situation. We were shocked to find out that they not only help clean out of the damage the fire caused to our home but they also provide the service of rebuilding our home!! It was such a relief to us. We were so overwhelmed with all of the things we had to figure out. Where to live, what clothes we were going to where tomorrow, do we even have our phones, are our animals alive? Who we were going to find to rebuild our home was such a huge thing that we didn't even want to think about it. At that moment, ***** and Nate were the answer to prayers for us. ***** and her team came in and cleaned out a huge mess of water soaked and moldy mess. When we got our items back they were like new. I couldn't even believe it. ***** was over the rebuidling of our home. This guy was amazing to deal with. Our home turned out better then we could even image. He was so kind and so good to make sure we were happy with every item that was placed in the home. When we tell people we are moving back into our home, they are shocked that we are able to move in so quickly given the housing situation right now. We are so very grateful for Tobin Cleaning and Restoration. I have nothing but praises for this amazing company and recommend them for any cleaning, restoration or building services. They are great people who do great work.
