I have been trying to pay my **** with these people for a month. I have made several Calls to ****** with no response. I have authorized payment a month ago and then they sent me a **** again. Once again I reached out and no response.Initial Complaint

I went to pay a **** from a medical procedure and Amerimax was the 3rd party my Doctor goes through for billing.After paying over the phone I asked for a receipt to be sent to me and ******(the lady I talked to) told me she could not provide a receipt and that I would just have to use my CC statement as a receipt. I need receipts for proof of payment and she refused to get me one. This seems illegal to me but I wasn't sure if it was or not! Every business that an individual spends money at should have to provide a receipt if one is asked for!When I had made a payment last month the other individual told me I would receive a receipt in the mail and that never happened.****** told me that some receptionists tell people the give receipts but they in fact dont! I do not understand this!
