I purchased a handbag from this business. The handbag description stated that it was an "authentic" Louis Vuitton with a guarantee of money back. The minute I received handbag, I reached out wanting my money back. I did have to email them twice because the product arrived late to begin with. The bag was completely fake. It was vinyl. It smelled like plastic. The only way to communicate is via email. I did get a response and they stated that the bags are "not" authentic, but made to be as "authentic" as possible. I told them I wanted my money back and we agreed on a refund of 85%. It has been 2 weeks and no refund has been done and they have not even provided any information on how to return the handbag. I have emailed with a couple of responses stated that they apologize, but it's their banking error. I just want my money back. At this point, I deserve 100% of the refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for ****************** full handbag on 2/16/2022. The Oder never arrived from The Bee Boutique Shop. I would like a full refund.
