I got 5 shirts made from her and they came out terrible I purchased the shirts and paid for her to print on the shirts all Im asking for is my refund for paying for the print which is a total of 50 dollars I have pictures of the products I recievedBusiness response

When my customer brought me the shirts I had told her my machine does not print on polyester and I would have to do direct to film. I told her if she brought me the cotton shirts instead of polyester I would be able to print direct to garment on them. She had told me that her husband was extremely picky with his shirts and he only wanted polyester. I then told her again that my machine will not print on polyester because it is a Synthetic fabric. She flat out told me no that she wanted director garment only on shirts. I have sent her text messages telling her my return policy for custom orders are no refunds but I will reprint it on the direct garment approved shirts that I carry. Because I am a small business I don't have refunds for custom orders because I cannot resell them. I had told her that in the very beginning and she was fine with it and completely understanding. I have attached my return policy that's on my website. I've also added a few text messages from her and I. I was told by the company of my shirt machine that the machine will not print direct to garment on polyester that director film is the only way.Customer response

Im sorry but ****** makes it seem like I told her it was ok that Al I wanted was polyester shirts first of all she said she watched so many videos on them and she would go ahead and print them never did she tell me a return policy or ever did I sign anything I paid for the *********** for her to print on them now she wants me to pay for her shirts so she can reprint that is not rite and Ill be out of more money I want my return because simple fact I put my order in person never did I order on her website so there for in person she never told me the I habe all our messages including her voice messages her stating tj at she can do the shirts Im not sure why she thinks its ok that I have to repurchase more shirts for her to redo my order
