Ordered product November 19 they deposited my check on 22 of November. I have yet to receive my order. It's almost Christmas. I've called numerous times emails numerous with no reply.Initial Complaint

The date of purchase was November 6. I ordered two items of the Salvia which came to a total of $84 and some change plus paid for priority mail. This is my third time to order and each time the delivery was super late, and no one ever responds.. they only sent half of my order and I tried several, several times to reach out via email. And yet theres zero customer service.Initial Complaint

On April 26th 2023 I made a purchase for a plant of the cost of $109. I got a response saying that my order was received. The plant was supposed to be sent out the following monday. I waited but received no plant. I emailed the company but got no response. I finally filed a complaint with cash app on May 17th. Salvia Hut responded and said that the plants were delayed and would be sent out on June 6th. Its now June 18th and the plant still hasn't been received. I requested a refund through cash app but Salvia Hut has declined my refund. I messaged Salvia Hut several times since then but still they will not reply to my message. I just want a refund of $109. Thank you for your consideration and this matter.Initial Complaint

the problem is they took my money for a salvia perennial plant $112 they never sent me the plant i have emailed 3 times no response and called twice no response they took my $112 and never sent me the plant
