Buyer beware: *********************** runs these remodeling businesses under several business names. Many customers have come forward saying he ran off with their money. His businesses are My Crew Construction, Direct Home Outlet, Two Guys and a Gal, and Ever Grow Art.

Originally, I gave DHO 5 stars. Our windows were installed and beautiful, customer service was excellent. That was Dec. 2020. I contacted them in March 2021 about warranty work that needed to be done. They (******) kept giving me excuses, then stopped responding to my calls. Now, a year later, their phone number and website don't work.

Direct Home Outlet, my husband and I would like our deposit back or give us the siding in the next week and we will find our own installation crew. In March, the owner and two college students came by to work on our home for several hours. We were so excited! We thought, "Wow, the siding we paid over $ ***** down on is finally getting installed." Unfortunately, when the college students removed our existing siding, they pounded so hard on the outside of our bedroom wall that there are now 6 different holes in our walls. It was disheartening because our walls were in perfect shape before they started. Also, several of our sprinkler heads were damaged or broken when the siding was removed and the young workers started applying the underlay. When the workers put up the paper/underlay it was adhered to the house by small staples. Now that several weeks have gone by, the winds have caused the paper to flap around on the side of our home and the staples have started to fall off and are now all over the yard. The outside electrical light fixtures have been removed in the back. Some of the wires are exposed and our wooden steps that were once connected to our back door are now laying in the middle of the yard killing the grass. The most alarming thing happened one night when we tried to turn on the outdoor light near the garage, and we discovered that the electrical outlet and connection had been completely covered by the underlay. We are not sure why we haven't seen any of the workers over the last 3-4 weeks. ******, the owner, told us that part of the siding would be installed in April, and the remaining siding would also be here by the end of April. The siding was never installed and we haven't seen anyone here for weeks.

I give them a "0" out of 5 stars. We ordered window replacements from them in March of 2021. Windows were to be installed in May of 2021. We paid a substantial down payment. Then they disappeared. Did not return calls. Did not contact us. In November 2021 we finally got someone to return our call; they said the windows would be installed in December 2021. Then they disappeared again. It is now May 2022, a full year after the windows were to be installed, and there is no sign of Direct Home Outlet. Any communication would be nice. We are ready to begin a case in small claims court.

CROOKS! Gave them almost $7k down for a soffit job a year ago, and they have now blocked our calls! Didn't do any of the work, didn't even order the soffit, and now won't return our money! Had to hire an attorney. I can't believe this.

The roof turned out ok. but only after 5 months. They left the roof open uncovered and un tarped for 2 weeks during the fourth of July holiday time. the installer cussed me out. The installer slept in my backyard. then took off for a week and got arrested. They sent two people to complete my job. I had to pay someone else to clean up my yard though they took it off the total. In the end, they did make it right and the roof was completed but it was a complete nightmare. which is the only reason I will give them 2 stars Overall I would not recommend the company. Just today someone showed up at my house looking for a trailer that they took after they finished the job this has been six months later. I didn't want to write a negative review because, in the end, they did make it right. But after this latest episode and no response from the ownership everyone needs to be aware.

We ordered siding in Late April, 2021 and still have nothing. They are extremely slow to respond when we contact them. When they say they will call back, they don't respond for days. We have initiated almost all the communication. We put approximately $6700 down and are still waiting for them. They told us originally that it would come in Late June/early July. Then in August. More recently, the middle of November (or possibly next spring). They were very nice when they came and presented their bid and I had high hopes of a good experience. I am very disappointed that this has turned out the way it has. I understand that a lot of companies are dealing with supply issues, but they have not been straightforward with us at all. I just wanted good siding installed by good people. We just had our roof done by another contractor and everything went wonderfully. I was hoping for a similar experience with DHO on my siding. It has not been anything but a huge disappointment for us.

I received a bid for siding and paid $10,000 down in March. After trying to contact this company several times, my calls are not responded to. I'm going to have to contact legal support now that it's been over 6 months and they refuse to cooperate. I was told they would have the job done in 3-4 months!

I received a bid and paid one half (over $8,000) in early march of 2021for a new roof.. I have called this company many times. No one answers the phone and I am told to leave a message on most occasions. Twice the mailbox has been full. On two occasions I used someone else's phone and talked to a person. They advised the materials were in and on one said someone would be by to look at the project and get going on it within two weeks. That was over two months ago. This is not a good company. ********************************* in *****, *****.
