Ordered a knife in August 2022 still nothing from them, not a peep. I am annoyed enough with my order however even according to their own website they have outstanding orders from 2017. This is complete unacceptable they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. You can also find the blade forums hall of shame thread of others having issues with this company. I would never order from them and would suggest you do not either. There are plenty of other American companies that will actually fulfill your order to waste your hard earned money on this joke of a company.Review from Andrew H

Same issue as everyone else. Ordered a knife under the assumption it would be fulfilled within their 90 days and over a year later still no knife. I've emailed them on numerous occasions and received the same "orders are being fulfilled as we speak and you should see a shipping label sooner rather than later" response. I am now asking for a refund because I don't think I'll ever receive my order. This problem has been going on for YEARS with them and it needs to stop.Review from Bill D

Ordered a knife June 2022 and no delivery as of December 2023 which is 18 months after the purchase date. Website continually states 4 to 6 month delivery and has not progressed at all. Weekly ************ excuses as to why the business fails to meet their promised production schedule. I can understand and allow for some protection delay, but we are currently 400%+ past their original projected date. Do not buy from Survive. Considering a class action lawsuit as I am not the only one that has had issues.Review from Louis G

Survive knives is a complete joke and waste of time/money. Ordered a knife in October 2022. Its now April 2023. No reply email from them. Even after emailing multiple times and even messaging them from my account on survive. They will gladly take your money and give you know response. Then move from *****. Ordered a knife 10/31/22 and never received it as of 3/29/23. I have gotten 2 emails of delay blather and how they cannot answer emails and phone system is down. Really? Delay should be the first name of the knife company. Fraud should be the last name of the company. DO NOT ORDER A KNIFE FROM SURVIVE.Review from Brad S

These guys are terrible business operators. I ordered a knife a year ago that said it was available to ship with in 60 days... It's still not here and they are not responding to emails. If they can't provide a product nor customer service they should be shut down.
