On 16 Aug 22, I purchased a Mossberg shotgun from Orion. I used a combination of credit card and trade to purchase. I understood that the firearm was ordered and was on backorder with no date of delivery. However, Orion closed its' business, shut the doors, removed all inventory and moved. The website, OrionArmament.com, does not answer any emails, and the phone number for contact has been disconnected. I feel that I have been swindled out of $775.00 ( ****** credit card charge and ****** credit for my trade). I would be satisfied to know my firearm is still on order and Orion Armament is going to honor this transaction, and I hope it has not moved too far away.
