*BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE* I cannot strongly recommend enough that anyone interested in any services from Desert Sage K9 training or any of their businesses do their research first. I did not & have been working through the headache for the last 10 months including taking them to court & receiving judgement in our favor. A quick search in the BBB, ******* Yelp, social media search of their name/business, & most telling in the ****************, will show you exactly who they are. We hired them to board our dog on 2 occasions in Dec. 2022 & for a training package of (8) 1-hour training sessions. They charged $2500 for the 8 hour package. The interactions I had with ***** during the exchange of my dog for boarding started to concern me. I was not comfortable with her demeanor or language. I sent her a text before any training started and requested a refund, stating I was not comfortable. She immediately said I was terminating her **************** is no-refunds. I instantly text that I was not willing to forfeit $2500, if she wouldnt consider a refund, I needed to receive training for my dog (I would have regretfully moved forward with the training, based on the cost & hope for some iota of benefit.) ***** refused to answer my call & stopped responding to my texts. I filed a small claims case against Nourse Enterprises. Throughout the legal process, ***** told countless provable lies. She initially said shed provided training via text and phone. We submitted phone statements and the complete text logs to the court to disprove that . I submitted reviews from her other businesses to show a pattern of unethical business practices, ***** claims she strangely doesnt know any of the reviewers. We received judgement in our favor from the court. Case No. CV01-23-01131. They have not paid .01.Beware of ************************* Dogs, Desert Sage K9 Training, ********* Dog Rescue, and any other business run/associated with ************* Nourse.
