DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired this company to DEEP clean my house as I'm 8 months pregnant and needed the help. They quoted me for 6 cleaners for ***** hours for $1300 and assured me they could complete the task after a thorough walk through of my house, saying it "wasn't too bad", although it is a larger home. They provided a checklist of their services which unfortunately was not completed and what was done, was VERY poorly done. They showed up with only 2 cleaners and the 2 owners, one of which I was informed was unable to "work very hard" due to a shoulder injury. We do have house cameras and I was able to verify he wasn't in fact working most of the time they were in my home, so ultimately they had 3 cleaners, which is HALF of what I was quoted for, and paid for. I contacted ********, the owner, and she didn't respond but instead had her husband text me. They indicated the clean went well and even tried to say they went above and beyond by cleaning grout in a guest bathroom that wasn't discussed or even needed. They didn't clean the baseboards which was one of the main tasks I expressed being needed as i cant get on my hands and knees, and they pretty much avoided them all together. They didn't clean the appliances, back splash, counters, light fixtures, windows, window seals and tracks, door k**** or frames, floors, mirrors, even toilets. They spilled scentsy wax and didnt clean it, they left lights on, and used my cleaning products even though i was charged for product. This is just SOME of the issues and the whole situation was EXTREMELY disappointing. After texting with the owner and sending some of the photos i took, they agreed it was poorly done and offered a partial refund of $400. They said they were not able to come back and finish the cleaning as they had a busy schedule. Unfortunately, I paid for double the man power, time, and work, and was NOT refunded accordingly. I paid for ***** hours of work and they provided 30, at the max.
