I have been a member for 8 years now, and have never had a problem with a transaction or with the super friendly staff ( I use the ******* branch). Nice to be on a first name basis with most of the employees who are always helpful. Would not bank anywhere else.

Do not do business with this bank! They lost my loan payment, and refuse to discuss the issue. I made a payment for my loan twice in one month. The payment that i had made at the end of the month was intended to be an early payment for the next month. I was then called and told that, the payment for that month was never paid. I called and spoke to 5 or 6 different people over the course of 4 days to attempt to solve the issue. I was told that there was no record of the payment, and that is all any of the employees wouyld say. I was then able to get through to a supervisor, they told me that they where going to start an internal investigation and call me with the results. Its 3 days later and they never called, so i went to the bank again. I was then told that no investigation had been started becuase "you never asked us too." I was then told that an investigation wouldnt be started at all, due to them not having record of the payment. This is completely disturbing behavior from a financial institution. They are acting very shady with my payment being lost, and practically refuse to look into it at all. This type of behavior is the type of behavior i would expect from a ********, or maybe a snake oil salesman. However, i would not have expected this from an established financial instatution. I had to make another payment for that month just to protect my credit score, due to the bank dragging there feet on the issue. I am beginning to believe that this "mistake" was very intentional on the part of the bank, and that i am being taken advantage of. Due to the miscarriage of basic financial transactions, i will be looking into refinancing my loan to another bank and i recommend that any consumer reading this review save themselves the time and hardship and choose another bank to begin with. Dont give this bank any more chances to s**** people.
