We hired Skinner Customs to pour a driveway pad as well as a decorative patio. We were given a quote and decided to move forward with the job.The agreed upon timelines for completion were not met. Upon completion of the job, they left two large piles of concrete waste that they expect us to dispose of, despite not having the tools to do so or notifying us that they planned to do this prior to the job.Initially, the driveway and patio looked great. Almost instantly, the concrete began to crack. Our patio has looked awful since being poured. There are large cracks where sections are crumbling out of the crack. The concrete was supposed to be stained to look like wood. The stain is splotchy and has not looked good since the beginning. When the patio was stained, they were not careful during the prep and got ***** stain all over the bottom of our foundation, splatters all over the siding and back door. I contacted **** and requested he come out to fix it. He showed up without notice and just left a bucket of sealant, saying that I didn't take a few items off the patio so I was responsible for sealing it myself. I used the sealant he provided and re-did the seal on the patio twice last summer and it still looks terrible. I began to contact him explaining if he didn't come and fix it, I would be forced to take them to small claims court. He has promised since fall of 2021 and has not come. I have ******** messenger correspondence since April of 2022 where he is promising to come and take a look but he has yet to arrive.
