Sent I a speed control for service the issue was not resolved. The speed control was returned with the same problem. I've invested 55 dollars which I expect a full refund. They stopped communicating through e mail. There's no credit to my Mastercard. This is a fraudulent charge.Business response

We have attempted to come to a positive resolution with this customer. Customers send in any ********************** or other electronic items with their own funds via mail, this is not something Tekin **** covers. However, if a piece of equipment is under warranty, Tekin *** covers any items as well as the shipping when sending back product to the customer.
The Technician properly repaired this Gen 2 speed control, which was then tested and ran prior to leaving the building. We charged the customer our flat $25.00 service charge plus $10.50 for shipping and handling, totaling a charge of $35.50. The customer claimed to continue having the problem with their speed control after receiving it. We first offered a non-warranty replacement as it is a 2 generation electronic speed control, and these electronic speed controls have not been made for the last 9 or so years. To attempt to rectify the situation, we offered a brand new 2nd generation electronic speed control from our discontinued section free of charge, which would have been more than the original $35.50 we charged them for service and shipping. The customer continued to accuse us of not servicing the electronic speed control, however it was received with a broken switch, which we fully replaced and tested.
The customer then became aggressive and threatening to our staff via email.(Please see attachments of customers emailed responses to our staff). We have not directly responded to the Customer as ********************** *** is closed on Fridays. It is now Monday and we have made contact with the customer.
