      Paid $160 for diagnostics to find out what was wrong with my car. Paid an additional $300 to fix the car. The repairs they did, did not in fact fix my car. Now they want us to pay an addition $160 in diagnostic fees again because we pointed them in the wrong directionWhen we told them we wiped the code before bringing it in both times and when we originally talked to them, all we told them was that several people, including our normal ******** said it was the *** valve but that we had been told several other things as well so we didnt know for sure what the problem was. That is when we were told they would check it out and figure out the actual problem. They said they figured it out, the engine needed a flush, we paid to do it since we were told it would fix it. Then the light came back on, same thing. I called, asked if we could wipe the code, while on speaker, with a friend and oriellys employee in my car, they said yes so the employee did wipe it and then we were told it was our fault and none of their employees would have said this. We are already out $460+ in repairs, gas from them driving to get the light on, plus two full work days due to them having the car and not being able to work just so far. I already paid $160 to figure out what is wrong and $300 to fix the car. Neither of which happened, in fact, we are the ones being blamed for all of this as well as being called a liar even though I have several witnesses for every conversation I have had with this business due to always being on speaker. At this point, I just want to know what is wrong with my car for the $160 I already paid to do so.

                     This letter is in response to the Better Business Bureau complaint notification we received on March 16th, 2023. It is stated this is the second notification, however we were never informed of the 1st. The clients information for this claim is as follows.

                     This individuals Statement of the Problem is a direct copy of the review that was also placed on ****** under our business page on the same date. The client was contacted within 24-hours of receiving the negative review and an amicable solution was reached between us (Meridian Automotive) and the client, (*********************************). In response to this solution, ****** removed the other negative reviews and a solution forward was presented. If needed, we can provide additional documented proof of the clients return and subsequent repair estimate information. 

                     Please let us know if there is any additional information or assistance needed to get a quick resolution to this issue. Thank You

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have also already mailed a letter to the BBB stating this as well, it just has not be reviewed and processed by them yet.
