Was texted and told the amount of store credit I have. Was later told in store I couldnt use that amount. Showed text proof saying I had my initial amount. Owner called and was degrading and unhelpful. Citing another BBB complaint, one not written by me. Disgusting attitude and service.Business response

Customer(*****)was made aware of her Store Credit/Cashout amounts and agreed to said amounts. After ******* text reply a employee sent new amounts (different customer)erroneously to ******* number.
When ***** came back to store and use her store credit it was then the mistake was discovered. So instead of ***** having $49.79 she only had the $28.08 from original text. This was explained to ***** at register by **** and **** and everything seemed okay. After ***** left she sent some messages via messenger to the store to complain that we didn't honor our $ amounts that we texted her. Again we explained it was a simple mistake and we were sorry for confusion it might have caused. The following day when this was explained to me I reached out to ***** and left a VM asking her to call me back and hopefully we can figure this out. When ***** called back she was very ephaptic that we should honor our mistaken text message. I explained that it caused no undo hardships to anybody and did not warrant $21 in compensation. ******************* up on this conversation. ***** arrived at store a little while later insisting on recovery of donated items she had asked us to donate. Item were no longer available and that made her angrier. ******* insisting that we are dishonest and rude are well off base. ***** is free to shop elsewhere and hopefully nobody ever makes a mistake with her.

I am rejecting this response because: I have the video proof of the owner being rude and disrespectful. He made me and my friend alike both feel VERY threatened. As Im sure it was his goal. Many women (over 40 individuals) have told me they have had similar experiences. Im not interested in anything else from this man or business.
