We purchased a new home in 2020 at that time we had 5 arborvitaes planted directly in line with our backdoor and our backyard neighbor's door, they died within a year, so we planted 5 new arborvitaes and they died in 2022. We researched and found Idaho Drainage, they explained that they could remove the water with a discharge line, a sump pump and add some topsoil for berms to ensure that we would have a landscaped backyard. We paid Idaho Drainage in 2022 $5950.. for the drainage system and an additional $6,128.25 for a berm and landscaping. In October of 2023 we had a tree die, I removed the tree and found standing water. University of Idaho's extension office examined the tree and said it died of "standing water". I called **** with Idaho Drainage and he came out and blamed the water on our neighbor's irrigation( as ***** had done before) however the irrigation system was shut off for over thirty days. ***** came by and asked me to monitor the water and I did so for months. I have contacted both ***** and **** and nothing has been done. On our estimates it says drainage coverage is 5 years , on their current website they say Drainage coverage is three years. I sent a certified letter to Idaho Drainage's Meridian address and it came back as they are not there and no forwarding address. Not a reputable image. I would like the water issue solved or the drainage money refunded and I will hire someone else.
