Do not ever get their membership!! Do not go to the ***** ***** location! They won't refund my money and they only wanted to talk. Nothing else! Lied about who helped me with my facial. The little girl working facials isn't the same person who helped me before. And the little girl was rude and unprofessional on the phone. All I wanted was my hundred dollars refunded. And talking wasn't resolving my issue of a refund.

UPDATE: *****, We have fully researched what happened. We have video and audio in our stores and watched the patience and care our staff took in working through a request of cancellation. We also have your signature on the 3 month term contract where you had to click to acknowledge it. We have tried to reach out to you multiple times and have been shut down with rude short texts. I then reached out and was met with the same. I will not have our team who we care dearly about be put through this and we will not have anyone devalue and demean one of Estheticians that is of plenty of age, experience, and carries her license and certifications in all the tools we hold. On other review sites you continuously demeaned her in this way. We were hoping to have a civil conversation and make sure you felt cared for and we were met with hostility. It is sad that this was the path you decided to take. We wish you the best but you will not be allowed in our stores in the future in any way. We truly hope and pray you get through what ever is causing these attacks on us.
