              Just want to warn people who are interested in buying a home. Please hire your own Inspector. We didnt hire ours either. Our Realtor hired the 4 Rivers Home Inspection. We moved from ********** to ***** and trusted both Realtor and Home Inspector. We were blindsided by our excitement of purchasing our second home. The customer **************** had a 33 page report where ours was TWO PAGES! For a 3,300sq ft home. 19 months later were out $15,000! Because the Heat Pump/heater/air conditioner was NOT inspected. The owner knew there was in issue with the heat pump at the time of sale. The inspector was doing his inspection while on the phone with his uncle. Had we had a copy of our home inspection and with the help of our Realtor knowing we were from ********** shouldve brought to our attention what to look for so that we couldve negotiated the price on our home. But we strongly believe that our excitement caused us to be negligent in trusting our Realtor and 4 Rivers Home Inspection hired by the Realtor. Unfortunately for us theres nothing we could do. Were already out $15,000. Hiring a lawyer would be awesome but were also on social security and spending thousands of dollars wouldnt be worth it. Im just letting people know be careful of who you TRUST!
