    Audio Video Professionals installed equipment on a top shelf in my utility room and 3 **'s in my home. Before the installation our main ** in our great room worked fine. After the installation I had constant buffering. The equipment was very sensitive and would cause my 55" ** to not work. When that happened I would need to get on a ladder, troubleshoot and fix the problem. They have been to my home a number of times fixing the equipment. Since it was dangerous for me to keep getting on a ladder I called Audio Visual Professionals in October, 2019 after spending a week on a ladder in an attempt to fix the problem and said they needed to remove the equipment and fix it so I could use my remotes and ** without the use of their equipment. They came out and took the equipment down from the top shelf but they still had me use their remote control so I am still unable to use my ** Remote or the Remote for my sound bar. I was under a doctor's ****** not to get on a ladder. Within a couple of days my ** was buffering as bad as before they removed the equipment and fixing the problem.I called the company 3 days in a row and they didn't answer the phone. I left messages on their voice mail but they never returned any of my calls so I had to find someone else that could help me. It made no sense to me that the ** worked before the installation but had serious issues after the installation. I almost decided to replace the ** and see if that would help. A couple of technicians tried to fix the problem but it still didn't work properly. Out of pure frustration, I called Century Link, my internet provider, and said I needed a technician to check my internet. They ran a test and said that for some reason I was only getting about one tenth of the strength from my internet so they scheduled a service call.The technician came out and ran a number of tests, fixed my wireless extender. I was told that the problem isn't with the wiring on the outside of my home. I was told the problem was with the wiring in the house. Since there wasn't a problem with the 55" ** until after Audio Visual professionals installed the equipment and the wiring worked fine when we did the walk through on the home we had just purchased, the only option left was that Audio Visual Professional did something when they were wiring the equipment that caused a wiring malfunction. Century Link did what they could to boost the signal but my tv's all buffer to the point that it takes 4 hours to watch a 2 hour movie. When they installed the equipment initially they accidentally threw out my remote for my Apple **, but they did replace it with a different one.Originally I was going to ask that they pick up the equipment and refund me for the equipment only. But now that I know that the wiring in the attic is damaged I will need to hire someone to find the damaged wire and replace it.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
