Specifically, BBB asked Family Choice Legal Services LLC to add the following claims that are located in their terms and conditions to their main website page:
- "Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis."
- "You will not have an attorney standing next to you when you go to court."
According to BBB’s Code of Advertising, “Advertisers must disclose clearly whenever they offer a product “as is” and also states that the “illustrations and overall layout of advertising should enhance the consumer’s understanding of the offers and accurately represent the featured products and services.”
