Purchased an order of beef on 10/25/23 for $238.50. Order was supposed to be delivered on 10/30/23. Emailed and called to check status of order on 11/2/2023. Got an email response back saying the order would arrive 11/9/23 or 11/10/23. At the end of the day on 11/10/23, I again emailed and called with no response. I never was able to reach anyone or receive any communication whatsoever. So basically this company took my money, never gave me any product, so pretty much theft. I am currently working on getting my money back through the credit card company. I was looking for a long term company to order beef through but this was basically a bad choice dealing with a company that has no respect for their customers.Initial Complaint

On 12/08/21 I was approached @ my door to purchase on meats.. I proceeded to order 4 NY strip steaks for $50 which I received that day and placed a pre order for Tritip steak for my Christmas dinner and was told it was for $50. I didnt get a receipt and I never received my Tritip steak I called several times and missed their call and tried calling many times after that and never heard back.. they charged my **** B of A credit card for $106 this was a verbal agreement!!!I would like a refund in the. amount of $50 returned to me.. Ill never do business with this company again Thank you.. I know theyre not BBB accredited also
