      On March 27, 2023 I paid Aussie Pet mobile $145 for a spa treatment and a cut. When ***** arrived she took my cat to her van. Less then 30 minutes she returned my cat. She stated that she put a helmet on my cat to avoid being bit (this has never been done to my cat before). My cat then became restless and scratched her. I could understand why my cat showed aggression. If Id been asked about putting a helmet on her, I would have stayed that she has never had this done. My cat has been shaved annually for 5 years with no issues! She returned the cat inside to me. Her back was shaved and partial sides. Nothing else was done to her. I was informed that I still had to pay the full $145. I expressed my concerns and disappointment to her manager. He was willing to only refund me $45. This is ridiculous you think that gas and less then 30 minutes of time was $145 let alone $100. I understand when someone feels threatened with injury concerns. The lack of proper protection when dealing with cats isnt my responsibility. She should of had gloves and someone there to assist her in grooming a cat. This isnt a one person..hold and shave a cat without assistance job. Im very unsatisfied with how this was handled and the expectancy of me to pay this amount for a partial shaved cat that has to be taken somewhere else to be finished. Shes a mess. I was really looking forward to this being a good experience for her. She looks like shes been through a blender. This has never happened before.

      We are very sorry you had a bad experience with our pet grooming service. I can assure you this is not a common occurance.To fix our error we will be giving a full refund and will be implementing new training and pet grooming procedures so this doesn't happen again. We are sorry this happened to you and your pet and will do everything we can to make it right for you and our future customers.
