I began the buying process online for a new F-150 and sent the the *** and pictures of my trade to the salesman, to include pictures of the ***. The tentative offer they made was good so I went to the dealer with my trade and they inspected it. Everything was good, we had the deal done, and I waited two hours for financing and then went in to sign the papers. We reviewed the deal again in the finance office, everything was good, so they began to print out the papers for me to sign. Then one of the sales managers comes into the finance office and says that he made an "egregious mistake". He quoted the trade in offer on the wrong vehicle and that mine was worth $15,000 less than what he offered. I provided them with the *** of my vehicle to research before I even arrived at the dealership, they inspected my vehicle at the dealership and said everything was good, then two hours later when I'm about to sign the papers, he informs me of his "egregious mistake" and offers to "re-do the numbers" while telling me that my vehicle is worth $15,000 less than what they offered. Then he asked me if I really thought my vehicle was worth that much. This is a whole new level of scam that I haven't even heard of before. I would be careful when dealing with these guys and would recommend staying far away.

I want to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had at Kendall ***** They are the best and put the trust back into buying a vehicle. A shout out to to the sales team there. Also ****** at the service desk is great to work with. He defiantly takes the extra steps to help you out!! I will continue to take my cars and trucks to to him for service

WARNING BUYER'S BEWARE!! KENDALL ***************. I purchased a Truck $25,000.00 from Kendall ***** was told that it's payload was 1 ton or more. I explained I needed the Truck to be at least capable of 1 ton payload the salesman assured me of this. The Truck was not actually rated for this it's payload is only ****lbs so now I'm not able to use Truck for the Purpose I purchased. I bought truck on a Tuesday evening and was told I had 3 days to return it if I had any problems. First day seat heaters stopped working and this is when I found out I had been given False Information on Payload capabilities of Truck just to make sale. I returned to the dealership on Friday morning and was told that they would not accept the Truck back because I was over the 3 days it was less than 72 hrs and they lied to me about the payload capacity of Truck...Buyer Beware this dealership will lie too it's customers too get sales and will not honor their promises.
