      Please do me a favor and RUN!!!! Do not sign with this company- you do that at your peril. This company took over a rent lease from the owners of the property we were renting because the owner was not happy with our previous rental property management company. During the pandemic's peak, when most people could not afford rent and there was high inflation, the company raised our rent twice in 6 months, despite most wages in the valley remaining low. We had lived in the house for about 8 years and consistently paid rent, yet it did not matter because they were hell-bent on making money. Most businesses are there to make money, but some seem driven by money-making more than others that sometimes forget about their customers, throwing good business ethics out the window. The company managed to overcharge us for basic things. They kept our deposit and also charged us additionally- despite leaving the house clean when we left. They selectively took pictures to make us look like we did not clean the house when in fact, we did. Floors were swept and mopped, and carpets were vacuumed, baseboards cleaned, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toilets, shower/bath, and vents cleaned, etc. It was not enough for them, and they took our entire deposit and wanted over $1,000 extra for deep cleaning and raking leaves. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit. If there is anyone on here that *** be interested in a class action lawsuit, please reach out. Please do not take my word for it to not sign with this company; read other people's experiences with the company and the bad reviews here. There is a reason why this company has many bad reviews. Safe your hard earn money for a better company.

      I used to rent a townhouse from Johnson Property Management, right before Covid happened. That experience was great and pain free. Recently, I have been trying to rent from them again and it has been the absolute worst. I would apply to units that were listed within 30min before my application was sent in. I would wait over a week with no response. I reached out and was met with coldness saying they do not give updates of a property's status. That property was listed for over 3 weeks at that point. Later I applied for another one of their locations that was said to be a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. They also had a 3D rendering for tours Less, but it showed a 1 bed, 1 bath. Less than 2 minutes after I applied they called saying my application was accepted and requested I submit a deposit within 72 hours to their physical office. They also sent over the lease agreement, which conveniently left out details of the property aside from the address. I hesitated agreeing to anything on the spot to do some more research. When I emailed them about the discrepancy of what it was listed as and what it actually was, absolutely no one responded. Late that night the listing was changed to a 1 bedroom; however, the price stayed the same. They still have not made any effort to talk to me about the discrepancy or respond to the email. They did let me tour the property in person to verify how many bedrooms it has. Needless to say, I'm upset about the false advertisement and lack of empathy for their mistakes or any kind of communication. As a side note, their phone number is set to a constant busy tone. I can never get through to anyone or an attendant that will let me punch in an extension number.

      JPM management system auto fills the property details which includes a 3-D tour and ability to schedule a personal walk through. Detail confusion would be difficult. The prospect applied and was quickly approved and was told to make an appointment to drop off deposit and set up key transfer. The prospect had seen the listing, physically seen the property and received a familiar rental agreement (was previous tenant). She chose to not move forward.
