Ditto the previous comment. Showed up late, left early, working in the hottest part of the day complaining about the triple digit heat. Did not caulk corner trims or holes, though his bid clearly stated he would. First day on the job we walked him around and pointed things out that needed caulk, so he knew our expectations and he assured us he would do it. As he prepared to move on to accent paint we stopped him and pointed out that the caulking and touchup still needed to be done to the body. He told us not to critique until he was finished. We became concerned that there was going to be SO MUCH TOUCHUP it would be unacceptable. When we tried to talk to him about our expectations, he became threatening and violent, cursing at us and packed up and left yelling about sending us a **** and filing a lien on our property if we didn't pay and good luck finding someone who can do a better job. Hot-headed, unreasonable and with a violent temper... so to claim he's unprofessional is radically understated! Seriously, he needs help and I feel sorry for him but I definitely regret having him on my property and do not recommend.

Anyone that knows and has seen my work can verify that this is absolutely not the case! So since they have now made this personal by letting people know, I will do the same. Only I'm grown. I know that I did a great job on there home. Let me break this down for you, anybody that paints and that nose had a paint nose that a **** square foot home ( three buildings all together) property valued at over a million dollars, doing it by yourself will take some time. Well I'm faster than most especially if you're by yourself I consider myself probably one of the fastest painters there is cuz I can do a three-man job with in one person. I painted their boathouse/ four car garage, RV Bay which was a total of $2,150 ft along with their pool house half of it in 4 days and it was 20+ gallons 2 gallons trim. Now if you're a real painter you'll understand that that is way too much paint to be putting on **** square feet I know as long as any other painter that knows how to paint nose they would think I was insane and wasting my money. But reason I'm saying this is I went above and beyond for these people and every day they came out and critiqued my work and then proceeded to work themselves on my job. For example first day I got there I power washed second I came to start work and they were already caulking as high as they could reach from the ground up as high as they can reach. So I proceeded to go along with okay they're going to do a good job on their parents house cuz it's their kids at work for them and I thought maybe you would be done the right way because they're going to care about their parents' house right? Well every day they came out and proceeded to tell me oh you missed a spot here you missed a spot there any painter will tell you that's like the worst words that can come out of a customer's mouth because we know we don't miss stuff we have a different kind of eye than the regular human eye? We pretty much see everything don't get me wrong occasionally we'll miss one or two spots but *********** well about making sure I spent an extra day or two on a job for that reason that I don't miss anything. I hadn't even completed that part of the job yet the one building and they were out there every day telling me I was missing a spot when I told them not to so for them to say that I need help yeah I may need help getting a lawyer to get a lien on their home because that's what I'm going to need to do cuz they're not paying me now so don't let them fool you into thinking that I'm a bad man for this kind of stuff I was very polite sent them a new **** and was very very generous and they won't respond to it and they're saying that the whole house needs repainted again how could that possibly be when I put 20 plus gallons on **** square feet that is ridiculous so don't let them fool you I wish them the best of luck they're very nice people but they sure did know how to push my buttons I'll give them that and for them not to pay me when they make 1.3 million dollars a year is ridiculous for a measly ***** that they owe me I restored their wood when it needed replaced and I didn't complain I did it yeah was it hot and I complained about the heat yes they are right there and anybody that gets really hot and paints in 100 weather knows what I'm talking about so there really is no reason for me to knock anybody here because that's not my intentions. But it does hurt my feelings a little bit for them to say that I need help when it was them that needed to help when they couldn't wait until I was done doing the work before they go and critique all the work because it's not done yet so how could you critique something and tell me I missed a spot when I haven't even finished yet I know where that spots at yeah did I go over it no I'm just going to do it during touch up which any painter would do but they want to get the big just of the job done first before they go back and do those things well they were freaking out that I missed it and that there was so many of them well they forgot to realize that their kids did those things that were the mistakes so that's not my responsibility that's on them and if they want to punish me for their kids as mistakes then so be it I'm cool with that I wish them the best of luck and hopefully they'll pay me the rest of the money that I'm owed being very very generous about it. And this makes me smile a little bit because I find out that people will go to the craziest extent to bring somebody down you know. It blows my mind and to be perfectly honest I think they're just mad because I'm faster than they are at doing their work and so they think I'm missing stuff when I already know that it's there so it just blows my mind that they would stoop this low to try to bring me down over something that I underbid in the first place it was being very very nice about. Now they say they're going to try to *** me for damages because 20 gallons wasn't enough paint and then they have to recoat it again I sprayed it back rolled it and sprayed it again that's hilarious I find this amusing take care I wish them the best of luck and they're 1.3 million in revenue every year. And if anybody would like to see the actual contract to what was actually supposed to be done on the house compared to what they say , I'd be more than happy to show them just message me and I will send you a copy of exactly what the contracts say thank you for your time hope this wasn't too long of a drawn out miserable cry for them to find a painter but I had to respond because it does bother me that they say that I need help when they're the ones that need to help
