The engine in one of my vehicles need to be replaced Sept 9 first call was made to tri county repair. Sept 17 Money Was Taken out of account for vehicle. October 6 Call was made on status of vehicle, was then told that there was an issue with the order of the wrong engine. And that a new engine would arrive on the 11th.October 11th Call was made on status of the engine arrival, was told engine *should* arrive on the 13th and not the 11th. Was also told that my engine was already removed even without the replacement being available. October 13th Call was made on status of engine arrival, was told engine was not received and that it *should* be here by the 15th or the 18th *maybe*. I believe I am getting strung along while my vehicle continues to sit without being worked on after I was told I had to pay half upfront and half after the service was complete, it has been close to a full month since I've sent 1500$ and I have only been given excuses every time I try to call about the vehicleBusiness response

We have spoken to the customer and he did not give the whole story, and it is a pretty hard pill to swallow knowing that the customer can slander our name before letting us resolve the issue. This customer spoke with a family member but did not give said family member the whole story and said family member told him to go straight to the BBB. We have since gotten harassing phone call from said family member. As many people are finding merchandise is getting harder and harder to receive. We have since resolved the issue with the customer and he has picked his vehicle up.Customer response
