Hired Residential Homes to install a fence at my home. The project was completed 9/12/2022, and paid in full. I received a letter from WorkSteer Staffing stating that Residential Homes has not paid his worker, and have requested I pay them or they will put a lien on my home. I have spoken to them and provided proof of payment in full. **** from Residential Homes told WorkSteer that I have not paid him and that is the reason for non-payment to them. The issue is still open with WorkSteer Staffing as of 10/17/2022.

**** was my point of contact through this fence repair that turned out to be a fence replacement the additional cost of material was only after **** was not satisfied with the radius of the opening **** did call me back because he had a couple things to go over
One he wanted the tickets on the right side of the gate to be lowered and closer to the concrete which was done
Second he said I forgot to wet the concrete for the final post
third you wanted to know when I was installing the wheels
I let him know that I did not concrete that post yet because I have not install the wheels
And forth he noticed that I missed some screws on a rail which I installed when I came back
I understanding was that he was going to install the light switch after I purchased it because I was not going to charge labor for redoing the double gate and I was not going to charge material for half of the gate so that would have saved you ******
I went back and finished everything **** wanted have not heard from you guys since 2 weeks later I asked for final payment and this is the response I get I have pictures of the completed work
If you would like to send me the invoice I would definitely pay for the repairs but I also ask for full payment including the additional cost of $******
