    Extremely rude and unprofessional and did not communicate. Three times my car needed to be brought back for repairs. I was told my car was not hazardous so I can take it home all because they did not want to pay for the rental. I had to extend the rental after they had my car for 2 months. I received a text message 30 minutes before they closed to pick up car and car rental was not being honored due to repairs completed. They did not finish the repairs and my car is still not fixed. My car was driven 13 miles unnecessarily. My paint job is sloppy, there is buffing residue everywhere, and I am missing nuts and bolts! My back door panel is hanging off and my front bumper wasn't clipped on all the way. The mirror that was supposed to be replaced but is broken. When I asked *** and ****** to come inspect the car with me they were not pleased and did not speak. After I pointed out the different things that were wrong with the car they disagreed that it was hazardous and I can still take it home. They then proceeded to say that their workers are going on vacation so bring the car back in a couple of months. I was transparent and nice. I attempted to communicate with them the entire time but they did not cooperate in communicating back. I was ignored and dismissed when in person. I did not receive responses to my emails or calls. I reached out to my insurance company State farm to make contact about the car and they still disrespectful and lacked professionalism. I was treated horribly. My car is not repaired after the third time. This has and continues to cause many problems for me.

    ********, It almost amazes me how you can write a review like this and feel good about yourself. This review is full of lies and shows how unhelpful the BBB is at helping consumers find a reliable repair center. The repair done on this vehicle was not even in your name, so how you can write a review in the first place is strange to me. The car was in the shop for 19 Working days, or we could call it 4 weeks. 2 Months is just flat out not true. Also your car came in 1 time for rework. You were told in the morning the car would be ready by the end of the day, so you were well aware your vehicle would be ready. We also let you know again at 4:05 pm that your car was ready to go just like we told you in the morning, that gives you an hour and a half to pick up your car that you already knew would be ready. Why would you lie about little details? When you came to pick it up you then accused us of damaging your trunk. We had to show you in the original photos when you came in for an estimate that the damage was already there. And now I'm learning that it was listed as old damage from an accident ***** to this one. So you knew all along it was there. You are not a good person and nobody should take anything you say seriously. Nobody told you it would take 2 months to have us look at your trim panel, that's absolutely ridiculous. I'm most surprised that you are happy with the repair on the other side of your car. You have a repair that is failing from the bottom up. It looks like it was repaired in your driveway. You have a shop that has been here since 1985 with over 2000 reviews on Carwise and a 4.9 out of 5 rating that cant make you happy. Your Car was filthy inside and out, it smelled like fast food so I'm sure you really did want to stay in the rental. I would too. You also said you were Transparent and nice. Are you kidding me? You are an habitual liar.
